(More customer reviews)You need to realize that this is an inexpensive model and therefor will not be as powerfull as more expensive machines. You will need to create your own set of reinstall disks, 3 dvd's, as they are not included. The laptop works well and the picture is incredible. Dvd movies have played well and I have had no problems with anything I have done with it. Windows 7 loads fast and I like the fact that it does not have a lock to mess with when you want to open it. It has a number keypad on the right side of the keyboard which I also like. I am very happy with mine, and I am sure you will be too, as long as you understand that it is not the latest and greatest and simply want an inexpensive laptop that works well with all the basics.
