(More customer reviews)I ordered this laptop to replace one that had burned itself up. Gotta love those SONY batteries, eh? Anyway, this computer is fast enough for my needs, yet runs a lot cooler than my last one. I also like the Windows 7, compared to the Vista on my last computer. 7 is a lot less resource intensive, so the computer doesn't lock up as much as my old one. ALSO, I was pleased to find a 64 bit operating system installed. This allowed me to max out the RAM, making for much cleaner processing.
The only negative here that this laptop only has 2 USB ports. Once I stick a pick=up for a wireless mouse in one port, and a thumbdrive in the other, I have no room for anything else... like an external hardrive or DVD=RW drive. That meant I had to buy a USB hub so I'd have enough ports.
